"I absolutely love this shampoo. Some people say the smell is yukky - but I don't think this is true at all. It is a nice fresh smell, and so unless you don't like the smell of lemon, I wouldn't think this would be a problem.

It is an excellent toxin-free, organic shampoo, it lathers up nicely, it cleans my hair perfectly, and I use it in combination with the same brand conditioner - it leaves my hair really silky, shiny and smooth.

Can't beat the price for such a clean product."

"I love this shampoo and conditioner set. The smell is wonderful, not overpowering like some others have mentioned. The smell pretty much goes away after it is used, and it is very light and refreshing while washing. "I have short hair and wear it very feathered and when I started using this shampoo, my hair lost all of its usual volume. Went back to my previous shampoo and the volume was back, so this product just wasn't right for my type of hair and style."

Dampen hair. Apply shampoo to hair and work into a rich lather,rinse thoroughly and proceed to apply Aloe 80 Organic Conditioner.
