"I bought this product not to take internally, which you can, but I am not brave enough to try that yet. I am currently using this as a spritz or leave-in conditioner for my natural hair. This greay for frizz control and keeping my hair from drying out. I use it mixed with distilled water and just a little castor oil and it works like a charm."

"Whenever I drink this (I mix it with pomegranate or cherry juice or just plain water), within 10 min. of consuming it, I always just "feel better". The kind of content,pleasant calm you get when your digestive tract is soothed and working correctly. So it must be doing some good. Also, I find it makes me 'regular' if I am constipated. A friend i know uses it to calm her heartburn and upset stomach and it works like a charm."

"I take this every day, you can't really taste it, and only 2 tablespoons isn't too bad. It helps with digestion, and I take it for my skin and overall health. I think I"m on my 3rd bottle, and it's become part of my daily regiment. I'm not sure if it's doing anything - but this is a good product if you're looking for aloe juice. I put it on a sunburn once too, felt calming"
