"I tried every Women's Multivitamin available on the market and this one is the best! The taste is palatable, it is in the form that is easiest for your body to break down and utilize...The bottle makes it very easy to dispense the correct dosage amount. It makes me feel better than I normally feel. It has all of the vitamins and nutrients recommended for a woman but doesn't make me nauseous like many other multivitamin did."

"If you are a women age 40+ this will help with premetapause. There are so many for young women and older women but not the ones in between. I didn't mind the taste it needs to be cold and shake it up before you drink it. The one opening is for dosage amount and the other just opens the container. I only use the dosage side."

"It was a disgusting brown color. This product did nothing for my energy levels and it tasted kind of gross. It was hard getting it out of the bottle because there are two spouts and I still don't know why that is. I would not recommend this vitamin."
