Longevity Aches and Pains Relief Directions
At the onset of symptoms take 3 pills under the tongue every hour until symptoms are reduced, then 4 times daily until symptoms as relieved or as directed by a physician. Children use 2 pills per dosage. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes before or after taking pills.
