"Organic wild rice is hard to find in stores and this is a great product from a company known for its organic quality. Mix with a little olive oil and a good sea salt and you will never want to eat white rice again."

Lundberg Organic Wild Rice Directions

• 8 oz rice (contents of package)
• 2 1/3 cups liquid (water and/or broth)

Bring liquid to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to a fast simmer. Cook 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 10 minutes. Fluff with fork, salt to taste. Serve.
