"Tastes good and more affordable than some of the other protein drinks I've purchased in the past. Also the calorie, to grams of protein/fat are much better with this product than many of the others. I throw it in the blender with water, berries and ice, and it makes a great smoothie!! its excellent for post workout or even breakfast!"

For optimal digestion, add the contents of 1 packet to 16 ounces of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a shaker. Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency.
