MET-Rx Protein Plus Pancake Mix Original Buttermilk Directions

Preparation Instructions:

Blend 2 scoops (57g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will ne slightly lumpy. Do not over mix!
Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300'F griddle.
Cook pancakes 1-1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once.
