"This is the best no/creatine combo i have tried. the results last long (timed released). experienced no bloating or cramps like other products. I dont like the hygrogenated oil they use. i contacted MHP and they said its only one gram per serving.your body can handle 5 grams of trans fat per day with no damage. I get good results just using it on workout days only( it even seems to work better)"

Trans fat in a Pre-workout product?, January 23, 2008

"This stuff gave me a great pump and awsome energy, but there is TRANS FAT in this stuff. I could not believe my eyes after my first workout I read ALL of the ingredients and it lists HYDROGENATED OILS in its time release section. Gave the entire container to my friend. I am so agitated at this company for doing something so stupid, pointless and unhealthy. If you care about your health, do not get this. Go with NO Xplode or Superpump, same results, NO TRANS FAT. I don't even eat cereal with hydrogenated oils so why in the world would they put it in this type of product...? Only thing from keeping it from a 1 star rating is that it does work well."
