Mix 1 serving (4 scoops) with 15-18 oz of water 1to 3 times a day. The ideal times to take your servings of Up Your Mass are first thing in the morning, an hour before your workout and immediately after your workout. On non-workout days take Up Your Mass first thing in the morning and 1-2 more times throughout the day.
