"I love it. I do kickboxing and usually get very tired after the first 1/2 hour and dying of thirst. I no longer have to stop to get a drink and my endurance overall is good."

"GREAT TASTING!! I DO RECOMMEND ONLY TAKING WHAT YOU NEED, AS IN, IF DOING A FULL WORKOUT, TAKE FULL AMOUNT. AND YES, IT KEEPS YOU FROM FEELING DEHYDRATED, WHICH HELPS WITH LONG DISTANCE RUNNING! OVERALL, THE BEST SUPPLEMENT I HAVE TAKEN YET! JUST REMEMBER, TO MUCH WILL LEAVE YOU A BIT JITTERY. I STARTED WITH 2-3 DROPPERFULS (1ML) AND WENT FROM THERE!!"

"I take 5mil. 30 min. before i work out and i leave it under my tongue for about a min. and that is it. I am only about 50% sure that it works better than the rest. If anyone has any idea why I am not super stoked on this product let me know."

"I have tried MANY different kinds of creatine and never had any results but this is the only one that worked. Taking it before a workout you can feel the pump in a matter of minutes. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and my gains have increased. Defiantly worth the money and will be trying again."
