If you weigh less than 120 pounds...
Take two caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and two caplets 30 minutes before lunch (2 + 2). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with 2 + 2.
If you weigh between 120 and 160 pounds...
Take three caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and three caplets 30 minutes before lunch (3 + 3). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with 3 + 3.
If you weight between 160 and 200 pounds...
Take four caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and four caplets 30 minutes before lunch (4 + 4). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with the 4 + 4.
If you weigh OVER 200 pounds...
Take five caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and five caplets 30 minutes before lunch (5 + 5). Keep in mind, there is no loading phase with NO2 so continue with the 5 + 5.

You don't always have to take NO2 Black before a meal, just so long as you take it on an empty stomach.
Important:
You do not have to cycle off NO2.
If you miss a dose, don't worry, just continue on schedule. Do not "double dose" to try to make-up for the one you missed. Some users actually take all 10 caplets first thing in the morning just to prevent missing the afternoon dose. Not ideal, but better than continually missing doses.
