"I am pleased with the positive effects. No side effects. My only complaint is that I need to mask the flavor. I mix it in my breakfast cereal and use molasses every morning. I would prefer not to do that."

Nice jolt

"I usually add this to my protein and fiber shake. It kinda sends a jolt right to my head and makes me feel either really focused or really dizzy. The dizziness is from not having eaten anything else that day.

Can't say it did anything for my libido, though. Glad it tastes good because I use Fiber Yeast for my fiber supplementation and that's nasty stuff. But this helps balance the flavor. It's pretty gross in thinner liquids but in some almond milk it tastes pretty good."

"For more than a year my wfe and I have been starting our day with a drink that Dr. ZO said was good for longevity and health. Which includes the above Maca Madic, Goji Berries, blueberries, no sugar almond milk and whey Protein. I also buy the Goji berries and whey off of vitacost due to the great quality and value!!!!!"
