"Using this product is a very good experience. It is a fantastic way to relax those tired overworked muscles. It is conducive to great sleep without having to take anything orally. Fifteen to twenty minutes soaks will give the next best thing to bathing in the dead sea in Israel. Great product."

"These salts are fantastic, I started using these because I workout 5x per week and sometimes experience soreness. After a hard workout, if you follow the directions exactly, you will feel pain free and ready for bed after your bath. I will always keep a tub in my home."

Masada Dead Sea Mineral Bath Salts Directions

For general muscle pain, skin irritations and deep relaxation: Dissolve 1-2 cups bath salts into warm bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

For arthritis, rheumatism and psoriasis: A higher concentration may be desired. Approximately 4-8 cups. Use 3-5 times a week for 6 weeks. Thereafter, use as needed.

For aching feet, hands or localized relief: Fill non-metalic container with 1 cup salts and warm water. Soak affected area for 20-30 minutes. Rinse salts off with warm water.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride (MgC12), potassium chloride (KCI), sodium chloride( NaC1), calcium chloride (CaC12), bromides (as Br) and insolubles.
