Recommended Use: Light flow days and as tampon backup.

To Use: Peel plastic wrap off the pad, center the pad and press down onto the panty.

To Dispose: Remove pad from panty. Roll or fold into plastic wrap of the new pad and properly dispose.

Ingredients: 100% natural cotton absorbent core, breathable natural cotton interlace cover sheet, impermeable leak protection back layer, triple adhesive strips on back layer, individual protective plastic wrap.
