"I was looking for a supplement to help me get more energy naturally, without taking caffeine and other stimulants, and this really helps! I am not nearly as tired as I was before I started taking it and it makes me feel good. It is definitely easy on the stomach, just like it says. I have taken it on an empty stomach plenty of times and it never bothered me. One thing I will say though is that it has a very unpleasant taste, so when you take it make sure you drink plenty of water or juice with it so it doesn't brush across your tongue on the way down! But other than that, it is a great product!"
