"I have been taking these for 2 months now, and can't say that I notice a difference. Not sure what I might be looking for, and surely a lot of effectiveness will only be noticeable to my cells. I will continue to take these until I run out, then see if I feel any different without.
I'm also taking the Maitake Gold and Women's vitamins from this brand, and I recommend them to everyone since they are whole food and the body knows exactly how to utilize it all."
