"This is an excellent full-spectrum vitamin E supplement with very potent levels of both tocopherol and tocotrienol complexes. Not long after I started taking this, I immediately noticed that my skin became healthier and very soft all over. I can imagine all the other good things it's doing internally. The only drawback is the high price. This is the only E supplement I've seen that has the full-spectrum of tocopherol and tocotrienol complexes in one capsule. This likely contributes to its higher manufacturing cost. A very potent and effective E supplement."
