I am not nearly as tired as I was before I started taking it and it makes me feel good. It is definitely easy on the stomach, just like it says. I have taken it on an empty stomach plenty of times and it never bothered me. One thing I will say though is that it has a very unpleasant taste, so when you take it make sure you drink plenty of water or juice with it so it doesn't brush across your tongue on the way down!
