"I have tried all the Meltzer Puremints except the licorice and like them all, but this one is probably the best for an actual breath mint. It compares favorably to Altoids, though it does not burn like Altoids, and the tin is quite large so it lasts awhile. I highly recommend these mints for fresh breath with no toxic ingredients."

"I´m not a big licorice fan, i´ve bought this to my girlfriend, and end up tasting it: to my surprise it has a very good taste, it tastes like a anise candy but much better, and if vitacost stock up this product (i was out of stock at this time), i will SURELY buy again, for the time to come."

"These may seem a bit pricey, but you get a largish tin of them, and they don't burn like Altoids or some other mints. Mine lasted quite awhile. I also bought the ginger, but I didn't like those as well, and they don't really freshen your breath. I will buy more of these."

"These are ok, but more for candy than for breath freshening. I will only buy the peppermint ones from now on. If you like a hot, gingery taste, you will like these. They do taste like ginger. I just didn't care for them too much."
