"Compared to Metabolife Ultra (the old formulation), the Green Tea tablets did not significantly reduce appetite or increase energy. I have never been heavy and use these sorts of pills for an extra boost in vitality and mood throughout the day, so these failed to do the job. They also made me nauseas to the point of throwing up a bit if I took them on an empty stomach--very unpleasant. I will stick with Metabolife Ultra, which, while less effective than before, still have the desired effect to some degree."
