Metamucil Fibersure Fiber Supplement Directions

1 heaping teaspoon, up to three times daily. Each heaping teaspoon contains 5 grams of fiber.

Mix in Liquid: Stir 1 heaping teaspoon briskly in 8 oz or more of water or other beverage. Product dissolves best in room-temperature or warmer liquid, and dissolves more slowly in cold liquid. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.

New Users: Start with one serving per day as your body adjusts to the extra fiber in your diet, and gradually increase up to three servings per day.

Cooking and Baking: Add desired amount directly to foods as you prepare them. For best results, use in moist foods or recipes.

Adults 12 years and older: 1 heaping teaspoon, up to three times daily

6 to 11 years: 1/2 adult serving, up to three times daily

Younger than 6 years: Consult a doctor.
