Old-Fashioned Swedish Style. Mi-Del® Chocolate Snaps are made with unbleached wheat flour, non-hydrogenated canola oil, and flavored with natural alkaline-free ("undutched") cocoa powder. The sweetener, dehydrated cane juice, is less refined than most sugars and sweeteners. It is mechanically harvested and processed without removing all the natural ingredients present in the cane juice after pressing. It enjoys as many as 10 fewer processing steps than refined white sugar. It is crystallized only once and milled within 24 hours of when the cane is harvested.
