The Inovel 3200 Series Health Care N95 Particulate Respirator and Surgical Mask is designed to help provide respiratory protection for the wearer. This product has been teated and certified by NIOSH as an N95 respirator and as having a filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against particulate aerosols free of oil. It is fluid resistant, disposable and may be worn in surgery or throughout the hospital.

This product contains no components made from natural rubber latex.

The various models of Inovel Type N95 Healthcare Particulate Respirators and Surgical Masks meet CDC guidelines for TB Exposure Control within healthcare facilities. These devices are also intended to be worn by healthcare personnel during surgical procedures to protect both the patient and healthcare personnel from the transfer of microorganisms, body fluids and particulate material.

Fitting

If you cannot obtain a proper fit do not enter the contaminated area OSHA regulation 29 CFR1910.134 requires that the user must be fit tested before being assigned a respirator. Use Inovel Quantitative Fit Test Kit or an OSHA approved Quantitative fit test such as TSI's PortaCount® with N95 Companion®.
Users must follow instructions each time respirator is worn. It's the wearer's responsibility to obtain a proper fit.
To choose the correct 3200 Series N95 size/shape you must fit test and user seal check.
When changing from one Inovel model or size to another or when changing from another manufacturer's product to Inovel, you must fit test with the new respirator.
Not for use with beards, or facial hair that prevents direct contact between the face and sealing surface of the respirator.
Eyewear must not prevent prevent direct contact between the face and sealing surface of the respirator.

3200 N95 Series Donning Instructions :

Hold respirator in hand with molded nose contour (narrow end) at finger tips, allowing headstrap to fall below hand
Place respirator under chin with molded nose contour (narrow end) up. Nose cushion must no be creased inside respirator. Pull head halo to top of head so it rests on the crown.
Each time before entering a contaminated area, perform a user seal check. Cover front of respirator by cupping both hands. INHALE SHARPLY. A negative pressure should be felt inside respirator. If any leakage is detected at respirator edges, reposition respirator and/or select another size. Repeat until sealed properly, otherwise see your supervisor. Entry into a contaminated area with an improper fit may result in sickness or death.

Warnings

Non-latex straps are used in the headbands of these respirators. However, individuals highly sensitive to natural rubber latex may have an allergic reaction.
This product does not eliminate the risk of contracting any disease or infection. Change immediately if the respirator comes in contact with blood or fluids, including body fluids. OSHA has not set a permissible exposure level for airborne biohazard.
This product has not been sold with warning or use instruction for personnel involved in industrial or related situations.
Before use, a written respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFS 1910.134 must be implemented.
This respirator does not supply oxygen and must not be used in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
Prior to each use, inspect filter media and strap attachment area for tears and damage. Staple or strap attachment perforations do not affect NIOSH approval.
If respirator is damaged, distorted, a proper fit cannot be obtained or breathing becomes difficult, leave contaminated areas as soon as possible and replace respirator.
If the respirator comes in contact with blood or fluids, leave contaminated areas as soon as possible and discard and replace the respirator.
Do not alter, modify or abuse this respirator.
Store unused respirator in bag in a clean, dry, non-contaminated area.
Dispose of respirator according to your employer's policy and local regulations.
Do not reuse or store for reuse or hang around neck unless your employer specifically authorizes reuse.
When used for surgical procedures, discard after every use.
Use respirator before the "use by" expiration date printed on bag.
