Directions
For bodybuilding extemists only.  Add one serving (1 scoop) to 6 ox. of cold water and mix.  For frightening muscle growth, consume two serving of Anabolic Optimal Dose™ with 12 oz of cold water immediately following your workout.  Stay hydrated.
