"I really like the idea of a muscle gel, it is quick, easy, small and just super convenient. I'll generally take one of these out with an apple for a complete snack. The flavor is not fantastic, and using protein powder is much more cost effective than the gels, but then you have to prep a shaker bottle and find water which is less convenient. Overall I would give it 4 stars."
