Make sure to keep body properly Hydrated during use of this product. Drink amount of fluids that you normally consume on a daily bases.

For Water Loss: Take (2) capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. Always take 15-20 minutes before eating a meal.

For Extreme Water Loss: Take two (2) capsules 3 times daily 15-20 minutes before meals.
