Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules 20 minutes before your first meal or morning workout, and 2-3 more capsules mid-afternoon with 8 oz of water. do not take with 5-6 hours of sleep.
For best results, use as a part of a reduced caloric diet, followed with a consistent exercise program.
For Extreme Fat Loss: Take 2-3 capsules 3 times daily 20 minutes before a meal. Individuals weighing under 135 pounds may wish to begin use with half the recommended dosage for the first 2 weeks.
