"I like to change up my supplements because I find that your system gets immune to things after a while. I tried this product. It was okay. There are others I feel that are more effective though. A one time use is all for me."

"Although I got thid for a quick answer I find it really good for cravings, but not for quick weight loss. It does keep me awake if I take it too close to bed, but that should be expected. Overall, a good purchase."

"I have tried other products in the past and have had no results. Within the first week of using this product I found that my double chin diminishing. This has continued during the second week of use. I also noticed that my arms felt less puffy and I could actually feel muscle instead of fat. As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules 20 minutes before your first meal or morning workout, and 2-3 more capsules mid-afternoon with 8 oz of water. do not take with 5-6 hours of sleep.
