Directions
During the first week, take only two servings daily (morning and evening). After the first week, increase to: 3-6 servings daily. Combine into any protein drink or food that you like. MYOFIBER™ works well with, oatmeal, cream of rice, yogurt, juice or plain water. Always mix 8-12 oz of fluid with protein shake or drink 8-12 oz if you are mixing it with food.
