absolutely helps chest congestion,

"Granted I waited until my chest was way too congested and I had labored breathing to try this (I wish I had tried this several days before!), but I used it to help clear my chest congestion. I used 4 cups of steaming water and 1/8 of a teaspoon of NSI 100% Pure Eucalyptus Oil. I mixed it, put it in a bowl with a towel over my head for about 10 minutes each time. It greatly helped my breathing and clearing my chest congestion. I love this product!"
