How Does NSI® 100% Pure Peppermint Oil work?
NSI® 100% Pure Peppermint Oil is a highly-concentrated, undiluted extract that’s steam distilled from leaves of the Mentha piperita (peppermint) plant. The main volatile components of peppermint essential oil are menthol and menthone. Its leaves also contain phenolic consituents including rosmarinic acid and flavonoids such as hesperidin and luteolin.

Peppermint essential oil is considered “invigorating, energizing and stimulating.” It’s typically used in aromatherapy to:

• Enhance mental clarity and enhanced concentration
•  Relieve head tension
•  Relieve congestion 
• Relieve muscle fatigue and joint pain or stiffness
•  Promote healthy digestion

Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils extracted from different parts of aromatic plants to support mental and physical health and well-being.
