"I think I may have expected more from this product because of the description of its effect on the brain's perception of fullness. I imagine there may be a range of individual response to that - and I wouldn't say I noticed any major difference. Still, I can't say it's totally ineffective, because I have dropped about 5 pounds in the month or so of using it - together with more consistent exercise and better attention to eating sensibly."

"It's hard to tell with these type of supplements if they really work or not.

I have noticed that I am eating less junk food and snacking less as well.

After 4 months of daily use, and stopping the insanity on the ice-cream isle, I've lost 6.5. pounds.

Is it ActiSlim or the dietary change that can be attributed to my new waist line? I don't know."

"New to this product but know that Vitacost is wonderful with quality, price and reviews of what they claim, so decided to give it a try. I bought this with the UltraSlim FX and have only used for a week. This keeps me from eating unconsciously and just grabbing food to grab it. Keeps my energy up and my mind off food. It also promotes portion control of which I am a firm believer. Haven't used long enough to "see" results, but know that my nutritional intake is good but down in calories and expect good results when combined with healthful balanced nutrition and moderate-to-vigorous exercise. Hats off Vitacost - you did it again.!! A raving fan!"
