"Although I can't really tell what's having the most impact on my body, I have been supplementing protein, creatine, and glutamine for the past month or 2. The impact is phenomenal. I've only gained a few pounds, but I've become more cut up and my strength has increased drastically for that amount of time. I take these after I get home from the gym with my protein shake and before bed with another protein shake. Nothin like rebuilding that muscle!"
