Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8 oz. of water or juice 1-3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Shake or stir until smooth. May be taken with or without food.

"I truly believe I have hit the big time of great health with the following regimen:

Greentastic-- first thing in the morning (mixed with apple or orange juice-- taste is ok, but the benefits are incredible!)

during the day: Garden of Life Perfect Food (caplets only) 5-10 spaced out thru the day

Garden of Life's Living Multi Optimal Formula (9 caplets a day-- in three divided doses)

Then, in the evening, Berrytastic (this is great since it can be taken awhile after dinner on a full stomach!); tastes about the same as Greentastic -- same great benefits!

Now, there are other supplements that you can and should take ( Omega 3, vitamin D, calcium, etc); but these four products mentioned above are the foundation of my program-- and I feel GREAT!!!

With this knowledge I believe 2010 will be one of the best years ever for exercising and eating right!! Can't wait for summer!"

"This is a great tasting drink mix that mixes well and packs a punch! We all know how hard it can be to get your daily required fruits and veggies. This is a great way to supplement very quickly. I highly recommend this product for the overall contents (just read the label it's packed with great stuff). There are many others on the market but I feel for the price and what is in the bottle it can't be beat!"

"The ingredients sound good in theory, but the taste completely put me off! Way too much stevia--it tasted like the worst of the worst diet sodas. It might be very good for you, but I couldn't get past the over-the-top sweetness."

"A blend of berry extracts and green foods. Taste is suprisingly good and over 4 grams of greens, sprouts and veggies per serving. Also has a full spectrum of probiotic yogurt cultures, wow! Price and shipping also place this at the top of my list."

"Although I alternate between greentastic, berrytastic in my morning fruit smoothies, I would say this has a better flavor. This product, like the greentastic takes some creativity with different fruits to enjoy the taste, some fruits work better than others with this product. Of note: I have never enjoyed greentastic or this product with juice, but found it to be somewhat of an aquired taste in fruit smoothies (more fruit, less ice). I use pinapple, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries with berrytastic and love it. Sorry, cant provide measurements, as I just kindof throw in a handful of this or that."
