"I don't eat dairy, so I need a calcium supplement. The Dicalcium Malate is one of the more absorbable forms of calcium to take. Same with the Magnesium Citrate. This is the only high quality calcium supplement I could find that had high quality magnesium, not magnesium oxide. Can't beat the price, either."

"This is a great product.
Calcium DiMalate is one of the absolute best forms of calcium you can buy anywhere.
Magnesium Citrate is more effective than the Oxide form used in most bone-building formulas.
Vitamin D3 is best form of vitamin D, and the higher dosage (1,000 IU) is good for bone, heart and immune system health.
Capsule form is also easier to swallow and allows for quicker release of nutrients into the bloodstream.
I could have sold a LOT of this in my vitamin store!"
