"Carotene is vitally important for your eyes and skin. Compared to Solaray Food Carotene (25000 IU), which isn't available here at Vitacost, this product seems to be similarly potent if I take the same dose (ie 3x the pills). The price is about the same per dose. I do love that this product smells fresh, like I have a box of vegetable goodness!"
