Definitely works but makes me sleepy...,

"I only take one of these a day b/c they are really powerful for me. I was taking one in the morning with my first dose of supplements but finding that I would get sleepy about 15 minutes later...and this would last for several hours. So after consulting with my herbalist we agreed it was best to take this before bedtime. He explained that we get our energy from our bleed and if it's moving fast, which is what the cayenne pepper is intended to do, we can easily become sleepy or fatigued. I did get heartburn and a bit of bloat the first few times but my body has since adjusted and is doing fine with the cayenne. I think it works better than Nattokinase...and its cheaper."

HEARTBURN!!!!!,

"I have no idea if this is working to speed up metabolism since it's only been a few weeks, but I only take half the dose and still get heartburn. Going to suffer through, since I did pay for it, and if it works it'll be worth it."

"This supplement completelyl irritated my stomach. I take many, many, many different types of supplements so I thought that my stomach could take it. I also eat a lot of spicy foods, but taking the cayenne supplements not only gave me bad heartburn, but it also gave me horrible diarrhea."
