How does NSI® Choline Complex work?
Choline is an essential nutrient found in foods like liver, beef, eggs, and chocolate. Necessary for proper fat and cholesterol metabolism, the transmission of nerve impulses and healthy memory function, choline also has a role in the formation of cell membranes.
Choline is also required by the body to make several important compounds necessary for healthy cell membranes. Choline helps form phosphatidylcholine, the primary phospholipid of cell membranes.
