CoQ10
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), or ubiquinone, is a vitamin-like nutrient found in cell mitochondria, where energy is produced. The heart, with greater energy requirements than other organs, contains significantly higher amounts of CoQ10 than other tissues in the body. Unfortunately, levels naturally decline with age, which may result in less efficient functioning of the heart and other organs. Supplementing with CoQ10 may provide cells with the energy needed for optimal performance. CoQ10 may also benefit oral health.

Alpha Lipoic Acid
As an antioxidant, alpha lipoic acid is naturally produced by the body and functions as a defense against free radicals that damage healthy cells. Alpha lipoic acid works together with vitamins C and E to neutralize these harmful molecules to help stop the chain-reaction of damage they cause.

Acetyl l-carnitine is a nutrient similar in form and function to L-Carnitine, an amino acid that assists with the conversion of fatty acids into energy. It also plays a part in the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetyl l-carnitine may help fight fatigue and promote enhanced memory and cognitive function. It's also an antioxidant that protects the body from free radical damage.
