How Does NSI® Creapure® Creatine work?
Creatine is an amino acid (protein building block) that supplies energy to muscle cells. The body produces about half of the creatine it needs daily, and the other half is obtained through foods such as fish, meat and milk.

Approximately one-third of the creatine stored in the body is in its free form as creatine, while the rest is bound to phosphate and called "creatine phosphate" or "phosphocreatine."
