Creatine a compound found naturally in our bodies, supports muscle energy. In fact, 95% of it is stored in muscle tissues. Creatine is also found in the liver, pancreas and kidneys, and is transported to the body's muscles through the bloodstream. Once it reaches the muscles, it is converted into phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate), and ultimately becomes our primary energy source ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
For loading: during the first three to four days, take 2-3 servings 4 times daily with 16 oz water or non-acidic juice (e.g. apple or grape). For maintenance: take 3 capsules daily with 16 oz water or non-acidic juice. 6 to 8 glasses of water should be consumed daily with creatine supplementation.
