Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a hormone that is found in the body.

DHEA levels drop significantly in men and women after age 35. DHEA may play a role in improving neurological function, immune function, stress reduction and hormonal modulation. DHEA levels should be measured by a physician prior to use.
