Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 2 rounded scoops (about 7.5 grams) into 6-8 ounces of cold water or other beverage of choice. Mix well and drink immediately. Follow this with a second glass of plain water pr beverage without added mix.

This product may have a laxative effect with some individuals. If you experience a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over two weeks, consult your physician before using laxative products. If take prescription medications by mouth, take this product at least two hours before or after taking your prescription medicine.
