Being the essential part of a healthy diet, dietary fiber and probiotics can have dramatic benefits for promoting healthy cholesterol, blood sugar, and gastrointestinal functions.

As a dietary supplement, mix 2 rounded scoops (about 7.5 grams) into 6-8 ounces of cold water or other beverage of choice. Mix well and drink immediately. Follow this with a second glass of plain water pr beverage without added mix.
