As a dietary supplement, mix 2 rounded scoops (about 7.5 grams) into 6-8 ounces of cold water or other beverage of choice. Mix well and drink immediately. Follow this with a second glass of plain water pr beverage without added mix.

Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics, and people with known medical conditions and/or taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. Taking this product without adequate liquid is not recommended and should not be used by individuals with throat or swallowing problems. This product may have a laxative effect with some individuals.
