"This product seems to be of reasonable quality and efficacy, although I don't necessarily feel different for having taken it. My big complaint is that the shape of this softgel is difficult to swallow. I take some pretty good sized supplements and have no trouble with them, but this one is actually painful to swallow and often gets stuck at the back of my throat. I won't be buying it again because of that."
