Chondroitin sulfate attracts and holds large amounts of water to the cartilage-building proteoglycan molecules. Since cartilage has no blood supply, this fluid is necessary to nourish and lubricate joints.

The body uses glucosamine sulfate, a natural compound, to stimulate cells to create one of the main building blocks of joint cartilage – proteoglycans. To ensure effective absorption and tissue utilization, this formula uses glucosamine in the sulfate form to provide the sulfur necessary for supporting the repair of cartilage.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur-containing molecule found in various plants and some body tissues. It is a natural and efficient source of the sulfur that is used by many of the body's structural molecules, including joint cartilage.

This supplement contains 250 mg of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), a water-soluble substance found in citrus fruits and green vegetables. Vitamin C may effectively support healthy immune function. It is also an important antioxidant for promoting overall health.

As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets daily or as directed by a physician. Best results are obtained with long-term use (more than three months).
