"After 2 yrs of ProLab Hair, Skin & Nails this is the same product with is same ingredients plus a few more vitamins. A lot cheaper than ProLab and works just as good. Even the capsules are almost the same shape and color. Have been taking Vitacost product for 2 months and have same results (fuller hair, softer skin and stronger nails) as the ProLab ones. Will continue to order through here."

"One year ago I was struggling with flimsy nails. They would peal split and would not grow. I tried a different brand and it worked great but I had to take 3 large pills. I like this product because it is easy to take and works great! My nails are strong and just keep growing. I have to file them down so they wont get so long. I assume too that my hair is benefiting and my skin also."
