"I bought this to see if it would help with my acne and after a month I haven't noticed a difference. I'm sure the ingredients are good for overall health, but it certainly doesn't appear to be helping my skin."

"The first month I tried it, I didn't really notice much of a difference and still had some acne...I was getting frustrated. I almost didn't purchase it again...but I believed in the other people who wrote reviews and I'm VERY GLAD I DID. The second month is where you really start to notice. I have NO acne on my face any longer, it's an excellent product and I will continue to use it for the rest of my days. I take 6 daily with food. 3 in the morning and 3 at dinner for better absorbtion."
