How does NSI® Lemon Balm work?
Lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis ), is a member of the mint family. It is considered a calming herb, also known as balm mint, bee balm, blue balm, garden balm, honey plant and sweet balm.
Although native to Europe, it is grown the world over. In the Middle Ages, lemon balm was used to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease the pain and discomfort associated with digestion.
