How does NSI® Magnesium C.A.O. work?:
Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. Approximately half of the body's magnesium is found in bone and half resides in the cells of tissues and organs. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function. It also supports a healthy immune system, contributes to strong bones and helps regulate blood sugar. In addition, magnesium boosts cardiovascular health. Magnesium can be found in nuts and seeds, green vegetables, legumes and whole grains.

NSI Magnesium C.A.O. provides 400 mg of magnesium (as magnesium citrate, magnesium aspartate and magnesium orotate) per two capsule serving.

A supplement may be beneficial to those whose daily diet does not supply adequate amounts of the mineral. Magnesium supplementation may also be advantageous to individuals whose health causes excessive loss of magnesium or limit its absorption.
